We provide advanced digital solutions for oral and maxillofacial surgeons seeking precision, safety, and predictability in complex interventions. Our surgical guides and splints are custom-designed and 3D-printed using biocompatible, sterilizable materials — supporting accurate bone cuts, graft positioning, and occlusal planning.

Orthognathic and Maxillofacial Surgical Guide Types

All devices are developed based on patient-specific anatomical data (CBCT and intraoral scans or STL files), and can be delivered as printable STL files or physically printed guides/splints.

3D Printing Technology and Biocompatible Materials

  • Material: Class I biocompatible, autoclavable surgical guide resin (e.g. NextDent SG)
  • Technology: DLP/SLA printing (±50–100 micron accuracy)
  • Sterilization: Autoclave 121°C/15 min or as required
  • Output formats: STL (for in-house/lab printing), .STEP (for surgical plate design), printed product
